This weird show was a big part of Nick and deserves a rep. The Adventures of Jimmy Neutron: Boy Genius: Just like SpongeBob, Danny and Timmy he was part of the original Nicktoons Unite! team. Crocker, Mark Chang, Jorgen von Strangle or even the Crimson Chin would be amazing choices but can anyone truly beat evil incarnated: Icky Vicky? The other choice was harder, I eventually went with Vicky, because it all started there.
Obviously I went with Timmy Turner (Cosmo & Wanda being his moves basically). The Fairly OddParents: Yes, another Butch Hartman show, but aside from SpongeBob the longest running cartoon on the channel. To be honest I'd be fine with any villain Vlad Plasmius, Ember McLain, Nicolai Technus, but I went with Skulker because he is Danny's most iconic antagonist and has an unique fighting style, despite being a ghost. For its cult status and importance in games I want to give the show a second character, namely a villain. Despite Butch Hartman being a thing Danny Phantom was included anyway, also being the main protagonist alongside SpongeBob in the Nicktoons games. Reptar is an overall good representation and a baby would unnecessarily crowd the roster.ĭanny Phantom: a cult classic of Nickelodeon. Personally I could see a character like Tommy, Angelica or Chuckie fight but I don't think they want the babies to be in a fighting game.
Rugrats: Reptar is already confirmed, which is a good choice. He could fight whilst mind controlling someone like Larry, Bubble Bass or riding his wife Karen, this way you could slip in another character as well.
I eventually went with Plankton as he is a villain and could have an unique way of fighting. SpongeBob, Patrick and Sandy were already confirmed and it was a hard battle between Squidward and Plankton for the final position. I kept the max amount of characters per show at 4 to give enough space to other shows. SpongeBob SquarePants: the biggest Nicktoons franchise, which obviously also deserves the most characters.
